Tightening restrictions in Colorado have deterred my acquisition strategy here.

You can file a complaint the rub is when you have property or live in a place you might run into retaliation.

A couple thoughts on your question:I tell our STR investors in Colorado that their main goal should be to set up the right way right out of the gate.

And the rub is I do not even need to withdraw funds from my SEP IRA because I already have enough in my bank account to show them.
