I've been using Stessa for years... struggling keeping the connection with my bank and I've had several instances where months worth of transactions disappear and when they're able to restore them for me, they are all uncategorized, etc.

I also own a water restoration and general maintenance business in the area and the amount of STR owners that we have spoken with is insane.  

Just like in Southern Italy, where houses are sold for as little as one euro, similar initiatives exist in Spain to attract people to repopulate villages and revitalize these areas.In fact, many Dutch investors are purchasing properties in Spanish villages to restore them and bring life back to these communities.

I had to restore my phone about a month ago and I haven’t been able to re-download the iOS app since then. 

Although the rent was slightly higher than the market rate, restoring the property to livable condition after just one year cost over $15,000.The property isn't listed on major platforms.This is concerning.

I wanted to restore it to the home I knew it once was and could be again!

I have a strong network here and know the key players/stakeholders in the community and am trying to learn how I can get involved to make an impact to change the community and restore the existing (beautiful) infrastructure.
