I fold the letter, stuff it and place the precancelled stamp on it at a rate of 94 envelopes per hour.....takes forever.Add in screw ups (see my post about 3000 yellow letters down the drain) and you have yourself a time consuming, repetitive, completely boring endeavor.If you plan on sending a few hundred a month you can swing it on your own but if your time is worth anything you'll outsource.  

Real estate is very similar to exercise you need dedication, repetition, and a solid diet (education).

I've been listening to audiobooks and podcasts whenever I commute or conduct repetitive tasks at work, read books on the plane, or look through the forums as needed.

It should only take you about a month or two to contact everyone on your list and then the tough part – you start all over again.Why the repetition?

For instance, I was looking at a property for STR in a town in VT and the realtor explained the town passed an ordinance preventing repetitive short term rentals of properties because of partying and noise violations. 

Google only recognizes a word after 5 impressions... this is why websites are so repetitive, especially blogs. 

Your boss basically has to mentor you AND you get extra repetitions in building your experience in the business.

Repetitively. it's OBVIOUS that something happened and my bet is exiting tenant, vendors who were in, or this new tenant but your NOT gonna know who or what until you get it scoped and find out what the impaction/build-up is and from visual a guesstimate of how long it's been down there. 

But, once it's made it's made, and your going to get repetitive use out of it, use that will help identify when something that shouldn't happen happened, or when things went better than planned.
