Contrary to popular belief, this is not set because I believe it will give me a higher return.

I am a firm believer that most of the reason is between our ears, and the potentially crippling self limiting beliefs are the biggest problem.

Do I give up access to transportation, restaurants, cultural activities, doctors, emergency medical care, religious and business activities, vet care and maybe more, to live in the country on my ranch or on the beach in a beautiful country, or do I keep access to all those things and live in the city?

It is our belief that if Joe had actually walked the property and understood it’s story, his commentary would be different.

The beliefs range from huge drops to huge increases.

I am also of the belief that if a property cannot produce $1500-2000+ in rent per month, you're just going to have a hard time covering capex.

Our belief is that real, sustainable affordability in housing can only be achieved by taking a long-term approach—think 100 to 200 years.
