So anyone who advertises or uses ANY marketing technique, can really advance businesses here. 

Both Fort Lauderdale and Pompano have fairly relaxed STR rules and regulations. 

I think a lot of these folks are selling the illusion of secret techniques to get new investors to write a check.

. 🙂 By investing between your ears, I mean only you can really actively study real estate and different techniques that are right for you. 

Because, 98% of the time the student does not take into consideration if the tactic/technique/strategy being taught is a “fit” for the investors time available; interests; knowledge; experiences; abilities; likes; and ethics.Let’s assume that the strategy being taught really does work - to the extent that many people “applying” themselves can achieve financial success.

But I’ve learned to be more relaxed with my 29 properties and the tenants.

TD and Congress needs to come up with more relaxed tax regulations to make investing in real estate lucrative again.

They could include things like waivers for documents and appraisals, relaxation of underwriting standards and money to fund repairs.However, there are benefits for people who just live in the areas, but aren't directly impacted.

So relax, and don't take yourself so seriously!
