FB and virtual RE groups are a great resource for networking with other local real estate professionals.

Would love to connect, and definitely interested in learning more about the local RE groups.

Dont know your total situation , this idea may suck big time , BUT , if this prevents a major hit on your credit or a bankrupcy , you still have a roof over your head and it gives you time to regroup . 

Now taking a breather and regrouping before pulling the trigger again.

If you are unsure, selling your LTR and getting into a bad STR might just take you out of the real estate business until you can regroup and go back to long-term.

And I've just regrouped and come back enough to know that regrouping and coming back are a lot more possible than what they seem to be in our worst moments, and that experience, sure, that's a personal resource.Perhaps it's just a sickness. 

(My company has it’s general liability insurance, of course.)So, this is a temporary arrangement, at least for now.He will charge a fee to pull permits and to do periodic inspections to make sure my subcontractors are doing quality work but I will be project managing the entire job and handling all components of the renovation from design, floor plans, estimating, purchasing, hiring and overseeing the subcontractors, etc.The general contractor and I are regrouping next week to discuss what he would like to charge and I just want to get some feedback from you experts before we meet.

Find local RE groups and join them all till you sort down to one or 2 local RE groups.   

Take the L, save the stress, regroup and reset. 

The agent has interest in the deal, and he is the leader of xx RE group so after he refused to sign the release my agent’s brokerage went directly to his principal broker but it didn’t help…
