Been in law enforcement for some time and while they do evolve over time, they will keep the same red flags in for long enough for people to figure them out and spot them.

The sponsor if they even consider allowing you would be a huge red flag for me knowing if they will accept non accredited investors what other rules are they breaking. 3.
