Often, they cannot even talk to owners that they are currently working with, not to mention potential owners.

when i talk with other owners near me when they ask for help increasing their revenue, i start with their pictures and their designs.

There are times due to the area I am in that the owner would be better off doing a month-to-month lease and then when that property is ready to be sold it is better for the owner/buyer.
