Could I list my rental as the market price?

I have a property on the barrier island that I do not want to list on MLS but I am interested in connecting with realtors or investors who typically sell or buy pocket listings and may be interested in this property.

All brokers, realtors, wholesalers, etc... you need to check this list before you call anyone!!!!

Create a simple spreadsheet or written list to compare the features of each and identify the ones that align with your requirements.

If you "need" to get five listings, you won't get them.

They will just wait for you to cancel the contract and offer on the listing themselves. 

I think it makes most sense to create a buyer's list, and then move to contacting prospecting sellers.

But my suggestion for future listings.Look at days on market in the area that you are going to list.
