Selling the convenience of the location first and in such detail may lead some renters to assume that there is something not so great about the house itself since the sale in on the location.

It is about creating an experience and really focusing on easily accessibility with convenience. 

This convenience and leverage can justify the higher cost of these loans.Personally, I prefer using a HELOC because I only have to apply once and can then tackle one or two projects at a time.
