Pros and Cons of the city would be greatly appreciated!

I am just starting out and have 1 STR.Would love hear the pros/cons that you took into consideration when deciding how you want to manage your STR.Self managing STR properties, from afar, while maintaining other employment, is only a possibility because of the new technology made available in the last 10 - 15 years.  

Interested to hear from both seasoned pros, and people who got into this area of investing recently.....

While you did point out the negative aspects of a deal like this, you didn't really highlight the pros on the RE side and future investment, appreciation etc.I’ve done two of these projects in the past 3 years in SoCal.

Pros - attractive to some renters.

What would you the pros and cons are of the different hosting account strategies? 

When you are comparing a condo to a SFH there aren't many pros but there are a lot of cons.

What are some pros and cons of commercial real estate?
