It may not appear this way on the surface but you are going to come out ahead by focusing on purchasing fewer but quality assets rather than becoming a door accumulator.

You'll generally still need some cash or liquid assets to get the deal done though even if they fund 100%. 

Even if you don't decide to keep it in the long run, it's an appreciating asset you can make money off of.

One of those “safe” assets are US Treasury bonds.

Even if rents are trending up, if your tenant base can't make ends meet, the asset won't perform.

I wouldn't want someone to hold back, I prefer honesty and straight talk. 

There are companies that syndicate nearly every asset type in nearly every market in the country.
