I am sharing my experience to warn other borrowers and investors about a deceptive practice I encountered while dealing with Century Key Capital.

Agree that experience is the best education.

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, but—like any market—it depends on your approach, risk tolerance, and the team you have in place.Detroit is unique.

I realized I have deep experience as a renter... across multiple markets, city councils, market classes, and building types (I'll list below) over 3 decades and 9 properties.

Usually at least some kind of customer service experience is necessary. 

Looks like you have a ton of experience and will be a good asset to this group!
