There's so much growth potential in Columbus Ohio and the best way I can characterize this market is it provides good positive cash flow but amazing appreciation potential.

My question is do I go forward with purchasing the property and deal with the higher insurance and potential hazard or is it smarter to walk away?

I understand there's potential variation, but from observation, whats being observed?

If you want good cash flow but amazing appreciation potential and rentals you want to hold for the rest of your life, I would definitely consider Columbus!
