Start to see what makes one more than the other you might have one site looking at quartz counter tops with huge living rooms and the other looking at plastic counter tops,  being able to identify this will help you identify where your property could sit.

We did a 100% gut/rehab on a 1950's house in 2018 and converted it to a duplex, turned out beautiful, salvaged the original wood floors in parts of the house, put good LVP in the rest, simple plastic mini blinds on every window.

We are lucky enough to have a really good offering around here, everything from the plastic-on-the-seats corner place, to some high-end gourmet, everything in between and Taco Bell too.

To the point that using the Alaska companion fare has been the most expensive option.

We have a Pottery Barn table at our personal house and we would not buy it again knowing what we know.There was a lady I know that got bedroom furniture that was made out of plastic material and looked good.

I have a close companion who is in their membership and has said what was noted above, they pay to learn the income snowball but this persons rep has never told him "invest in this".

A drain pan is a $50, maybe $100 piece of plastic that should have already been there unless they cracked it trying to install their washer. 

I buy a underground lawn sprinkler head , buy the key in a plastic bag with some oil and bury it someplace easy to find .
