I noticed on BP of the top markets Elizabethtown and Louisville are represented. 

Our in-house DSCR programs allow for STR income qualification, and also allow for cashouts on properties that don't have a performance history or are otherwise vacant.

If you are a multistate investor or investing across the state, ask for a clause that allows the freedom to work with agents outside of the region, since it is not possible for this agent to represent you properly in a different state.

I don't know any attorneys that will represent you in court on a document you draw up yourself. 

I have 3 months of performance (so DSCR isn't an option.... unless there are DSCR options with only 3 months of performance) and the cabins are doing really well (top 1% for one and top 10% for the other) - even with the huge downswing in the market.
