I started working with Sal Auciello (he's in this thread above) and we got to the point of doing an appraisal on the house that's part of the park. 

Very stabilized. 13 unit mobile home park.

For (C) (ii), if parking spaces are "0", is "Identified as _____ and containing _____ parking spaces" left blank?

Have you always invested in owning the parks, or have you purchased some individual mobile homes in parks you haven't owned also? 

Find parks in the area that have open spaces for mobiles then negotiate with the park owner for 6 to 12 months free space rent or for them to pay the moving costs. 

To help support that avatar, try and have on-site parking and ideally a place where a large work truck can be parked without issue (think fully decked out F-350). 

The wrong chemistry, well, see what happens if you put a few drops of brake fluid into dry pool chlorine (actually, do not do this!).

The meters do act up from time to time so you will have to get them swapped out but overall the best we have found.We have also done pro rata bill back but moved most of our parks to Metron.
