@Ben MMix some bleach and baking soda to create a paste and apply to the moldy areas with a cheap paint brush.

Take a paintbrush and do the same to the trim. 

Primer, paint, trim paint, ceiling paint, basement paint, brush/rollers/trays, Caulk/Sealant and Misc.Or my example house this came in at $1,100.00.11.) 

We could easily rent it as-is without even picking up a paint brush, but we specialize in higher end rentals.My parents will be lending us about 30% of the total purchase price, as we didn't quite have the cash we needed to get into the best school districts.

The rule is that if you are picking up a hammer or paint brush, you are doing it wrong.
