The counties themselves take 2-4 weeks to record a document online.

Since the last time I was online, I have grown the investing to fix and flipping and a portfolio of 4 properties that are producing passive income.  

I've been running the numbers on different properties using a variety of online calculators for properties that I initially thought looked like there may be potential.
