I just checked on nextdoor.com and searched your location and it looks like y'all may already be set up https://nextdoor.com/city/bremerton--wa/ There is a lot of "my dog is lost" type posting, but with the new real estate tab, they're set aside and even show up in my newsfeed on the mobile app as a carousel that I can scroll through.

I frequently see Morris ads on my facebook newsfeed and  I can't imagine how many newbies are buying these crappy D assets classes without doing their due dilligence ...I wonder when this is going to stop...He even encourages new investors to tap into their retirement accts and home equity lines to buy his properties.

The key thing to remember is to not "blow up" peoples news feeds with real estate information.

Google Alerts and Custom Newsfeeds tend to keep me in the Rabbit Hole.  

Listening to the new podcast every week and liking BP on facebook so articles pop up in your newsfeed, so you always keep learning and feel connected.

I have realtor friends and see their posts on my newsfeed and those homes get shared and passed around.  

Open your news feed, put on that VPN and just scan the news as a whole.

This thread is about media hyping up things and this article came across my news feed that same morning.

If you do a Google search for Clayton Morris the news feeds are all picking up on a version of them fleeing the country (Newsweek, The Philidelphia Inquirer, Inman.com, Daily Beast, etc....)

With nearly 6 million advertisers on Fakebook's ad platform, the news feed has become full and as a result, it has now become a battleground for ad competition.
