I just checked on nextdoor.com and searched your location and it looks like y'all may already be set up https://nextdoor.com/city/bremerton--wa/ There is a lot of "my dog is lost" type posting, but with the new real estate tab, they're set aside and even show up in my newsfeed on the mobile app as a carousel that I can scroll through.

I frequently see Morris ads on my facebook newsfeed and  I can't imagine how many newbies are buying these crappy D assets classes without doing their due dilligence ...I wonder when this is going to stop...He even encourages new investors to tap into their retirement accts and home equity lines to buy his properties.
