Choosing the right media outlet is important because some have agendas and twist any story to meet that narrative.

I get the whole 'dont fall so far behind market value' narrative but this is a long term play for me to gradually trade less of my time for w2 income if you will.

And I can’t help but to not hear the narrator in my head as I read your post.  

As far as when, when you are ready, but if you feel held back identify is it the narrative about real estate or your means holding you back.

My greatest pain point is not that the deals failed, although that certainly adds salt to the wounds, it's the poor communication, false narratives, chasing (almost begging) for updates, lack of full disclosure, the smoke and mirrors, etc.

Maybe you can get a complete slow-paced narrated video walk-thru?

Please stop spreading this false narrative that someone who rents a room to afford living is a junkie or a criminal.
