If they're not familiar then it's your chance to get your foot in the door by bringing 1031 education to them.It's been a few years since I checked but at one time NAR showed statistics that of all the transactions potentially qualifying for 1031 exchanges, only about 10% were actually handled that way.

🤔We are 2 months removed from the NAR lawsuit settlement changes.What I am seeing....✅ Buyers still working with buyer’s agents✅ Most sellers still offering a buyer’s agent compensation✅ More transparency to buyers and sellersSure there were some changes, but I am seeing things are BUSINESS AS USUAL.Seller’s are still given the opportunity to negotiate all commissions (including if they choose to pay a buyer’s agent), and buyers are still given the opportunity to do the same regarding their agent’s commission

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as of 2023, housing inventory remains 40% below pre-pandemic levels, leading to heightened competition in many areas.To be considered a neutral market, not seller's or buyer's, the specific market center would need to have 6 months of inventory.
