(I love to confuse my fellow motorists by using my turn signals and not cutting others off in traffic. 

This includes comprehensive, theft , uninsured motorist, and I believe has a $500 deductible.

So your plan to make money is to start off by illegally placing signs to distract motorists & perhaps kill someone?

It's the same reason I maintain a vigorous level of uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage; I am not going to count on the other guy having any kind of decent insurance - or any insurance for that matter - regardless of what the law says they must have. 

and why should supposedly financially astute entrepreneurs - like us - risk it all by counting ourselves among the 90% of defendants who will be able to settle for what our insurance company will pay, or among the 99.99999% of motorists who will make it home safely today?

We just had an article in the paper about a motorist running over a large alligator in Naples.

Car insurance is high as well due to storms and the higher number of uninsured motorists.

In fact, in my state I pay a pretty good premium for carrying uninsured motorist insurance, where *I* have to pay to cover other's misdeeds.
