That group are scammers with zero morals or scruple.

Yeah, I thought they had some morals or was just unable to produce outcomes for my business, but seems like it’s just a money grab and the amount now is 3 times as much as a few years ago.

From what I see all the people answering to me here (and there are so many) are just coming against and refusing to agree with my simple statement: "a landlord is not above the law or norms by its personal choice or presumed capability to judge what he don't know" or as well "a landlord cannot deny or miscarriage a service to a stranger without a known valid reason and at the same time pretend to be operating professionally or loyally to the moral"Basically I'm telling if you are not able to do your business correctly it would be better to find someone else than you, mainly when your ideas about "squatter" or fair treatment are coming from ignorance or completely invented.

PS:  A lot of the "no debt, ever" people feel a moral sense of superiority to those that carry debt.

WE know what happens in many wholesaling transactions while legal may not be moral.

But I believe is morally wrong and against capitalism to put this kind of restriction just my personal opinion.

The current owners are putting the moral dilemma on the new owners and still want full market value.

I could not myself perform the technical labor as I lack the know how, but what I could do was help boost moral.
