So far this is working very well.About Eddies program- I still listen to calls or submit a question for a call when I have something come up (like when one of my land contracts had an offer for the mineral rights).  

Where does Mineral Bluff and Morganton fall?

One alternative investment that has no additional cost after your investment is mineral rights.

So the law says if it is NOT homestead, not ag, not minerals, the redemption period is only six months. 

In order to complete a transaction, a third party called a miner processes it on behalf of the sender and receiver.

Before we made $1 m in residential RE, We made over $1m in RE mineral rights but price of our entry was slightly high.
