Hey guys, what are you thought on the Birmingham real estate market?

Really interested in investing in this market and would accept a relatively low return (or even a break even scenario because i believe in continued appreciation potential here). 

What I did get, was on a marketing email list that sells their other virtual products.

Part of this is due to marketing and pre-marketing of the home - an agent is your marketer.

Was curious if anyone had a final solution to help on the accounting side of everything.I use QBO for my other company (marketing agency) but hate it and it's not built for RE.
