Once you find a lender that finances properties similar to yours, start building a relationship.

You have to dig a little deeper there are questions that need to be addressed and VOE's filled out with specifics in order to use certain incomes and "stipends".Similar to a traveling nurse who get housing, meals, and other income.

Since comps are limited, analyze similar nearby locations to estimate demand.When pitching investors, focus on a clear business case: expected income, expenses, occupancy, and ROI.

For instance, in places like Austin or Chicago, I’ve noticed similar deals pay off when you have the right property management systems dialed in.

I also had a state corrections officer that was similar.
