I’m not convinced it makes a real difference unless a person has a unique setting.

It’s way cheaper than full staging and makes a big difference in listing photos.

Hi Charles,This is probably the fastest way to the poor house, mainly because, in Japan, houses are like cars as in their market value depreciates and goes to 0 over time.

I have a property I’m looking at in Missouri that’s about 1,400sqft, and not sure the difference between a Cash and a Novation offer. 

Putting 10%+ down with a different lender and getting lower points and interest is 100% better.
