You need reliable labor, expensive machinery, a comfy reserve, and farming and farmland are probably one of the least profitable real estate investment strategies... at least from my sights.

I wonder if they were saying it costs about 10k for the materials to "print" the exterior walls or something, not counting the labor, overhead and machinery involved to build those walls...Not even counting the foundation, roof, utilities, trim, partition walls, doors, paint, etc.

We found placing machines in each unit puts the utilities in the hands of the tenants and makes it easy to identify any abuse to the machinery ... it also allows us to use better, lower priced, equipment.Now, in the larger buildings, its a different story - we have machines supplied by a local company on a revenue share arrangement.

If the closing agent fails to transfer the title to the farm machinery you and the seller agreed to exchange when you bought their farm, or any personal property for that matter, the title insurance will not apply.

I have a lease that makes requirements; no inoperable vehicles or machinery, trash carts returned within 24 hours, no furniture or other items left outside unless designed for outdoor use, lawns kept in like manner of other surrounding properties...etc.

I might go there in a commercial lease, if available, where a piece of machinery could be siezed, but I'd never go in a residential property and get a TV or furniture!
