We are starting out with flipping because, as @Mohamed Youssef stated, we would like to build up a bit more capital.

They include demo, prep, install, and install qtr rd, and are done in a day, may two for a large project.Some pics of our flooring on a recent flip with this company, and they may have a location in your city.

Long story short, in most cases the lender can convert your line on a whim if they really want to, meaning you would lose access to the undrawn funds.
