None of the very small handful of students I have spoken with that are currently partnering with Ryan and Tyler on deals are happy with them and feel like Ryan and Tyler only have their own best interest at heart and don’t really care about their student’s success beyond lip-service.

Not sure if that caused the problem.My guys say the grip strip goes down much faster then the allure click-lock flooring and they prefer it for installation, they said they were "chasing gaps around" installing the click-lock and the lips on the click lock were super brittle.  

Those issues were likely pre-existent and lip stick was applied to get a tenant in.   

After getting into the rehab, we found that our partnering property owner had purchased a "pig with lip stick". 

However, the lesson I think you should take is that the way to tell a syndicator is lying is his keyboard is clacking/lips are moving. 

Making money, at least enough money to leave a legacy, was viewed with suspicion and more than a bit of pursed-lip contempt.

They don't care about you and they just hype you up to take 30-40,000 of your gullible *** by giving you lip service and blowing smoke.They can try to cut you out of any deals they have made and HAVE tried with past clients.

All the tax lien gurus out there certainly seem to be keeping their lips shut about this...Considering there is a 3-year redemption period on Colorado liens, investors this year wouldn't have a chance of getting a deed for 3 years.
