Where is the property in it's life cycle?

Have you been remote the full lifecycle of the deal from closing (Aug '19) until now?

The unit was 20 years old and most of what was replaced was at the end of its life cycle anyway .

You'll need to be 30k - 35k liquid to get through the whole lifecycle close to close.2.

It really does depend on timing of being put in service, that bonus it qualifies for (if any) and the life cycle of the elements that can be advanced. 

Show people what the investment looks like over the life cycle otherwise people simply don't have enough information to go off of.

You know that the life cycle of a company is in decline when they basically wash their hands of anything and everything, have zero sense of any reasonableness, nor the slightest interest in helping their “partners”.At this point, it’s all just a money grab. 

There's plenty of deals out there where the life cycle would cost 30k, mostly smaller markets. 

They should have locked down their financing for the period of the investment or had the Balloon terms come close to the investment life cycle.
