Face-to-face connections can quickly build trust and often lead to referrals.2.Online Groups & Forums:Utilize Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and other local online networks dedicated to real estate investing.

If you want to be generating leads from a website, SEO will help with credibility and long term visibility, and an attractive website will also help with building credibility and trust too.

Or do you want to generate off market deals.

i am thinking in setting up an Air AI, for called calling leads and lead generation. was wondering if someone has been using it here and have any feedbacks?

Given all your data on historic pricing, average length of stay, and pricing at the 25th percentile, please let us know if you're able to push up the VRBO chain to speak to a Supervisor (or equivalent) and have them verify the data that supports your position.I can share that calling the VRBO support line: 877-202-4291, identifying yourself & property ID, and requesting a Supervisor politely and repeatedly, can lead to different outcomes.

I am just a beginner wholesaler so I haven't done much marketing/lead management yet.
