Tics with unrelated parties have some securities issues but with close knit partners its fine.

While I think having a mentor is huge, being part of a mastermind will keep you focused and accountable for the daily task that need to be done in order to be successful, while gaining the experience of others in a close knit group. 

And we're wary of those who want to overbuild and overpopulate; particularly when those coming in do little to contribute to our tight knit communities. 

They know what people are willing to pay especially in the area of your property.I would not worry about finding qualified renters, the community is such a tight knit community   that people are looking and wanting to live in Dearborn.
