It seems counter intuitive to call for that level of development, and then turn around and throw landlords under the bus during the Covid crisis.

It is counter-intuitive, but more expensive homes is much easier.

I don't know if it's counter intuitive or not but your best intermediaries are going to be in the cluster of the middle range of fees.  

Great stuff - this type of regulation is somewhat counter-intuitively a lot better for investors than currently less regulated markets (where you don't know what could change dramatically in the future). 

You are right a large percentage of the population (outside of BP) does not intuitively understand what inflation actually is.
