not necessarily, at least you now know for sure that you can secure funds, keep it open and continue to look for a deal just do not feel rushed and make a bad decision on a deal just because you have funds available, ask your lender for a extension or what you would have to do to keep the fund line open. most banks will allow it to stay open for up to 1 yr from the start date unless used then it continues on an on. but i would infidelity check with your lender on the terms.Best of luck,

I will never advocate getting a divorce (outside of abusive relationships or infidelity), but I don't think this is the reason you're considering a divorce.

Take away leverage, and you might as well put your money in Fidelity Target 2030 fund or whatever.  

That is something you have a choice over in your life.A positive way is exercising, having healthy hobbies etc.Destructive is addictive type problems like over eating, drinking, smoking, social disorders, doing drugs, compulsive gambling, infidelity etc.
