That's an imperfect measure, but we really need to get a sense for what you have to do in order to GET that $108k that it currently brings in.Not giving you the yes/no on if it's a good deal or not, just giving you some ways to think about it. 

Even if it were new, they have no idea about the quality or manufacturing imperfections. 

Internet data is totally imperfect, but you need to resell the properties you say were profitable.....so we can see you sold them.  

Will the Elastomeric look good and hide aesthetic imperfections like rust marks?

Its an imperfect system, be as safe as you can.

When the imperfect finally happens, I think the field will thin, the syndication money will drain, and the deals will come back to those with their own cash.

Obviously, I can't see the small imperfections you're describing in those pictures though.

The "settlement" an imperfect solution didn't address the quest by the market and buyers to pay and finance LESS!!!
