Any city that I'm looking to invest in I always start by looking at population growth.

I happen to know that Preston Despenas, one of the partners of Growth Equity Group, is still doing real estate in Texas.

Just wondering what tools others use to analyze different markets to invest in like Growth, Economy, Neighborhoods, etc. 

But, I believe that the actions of the first two weeks should give investors, on the whole, reason to incrementally revise down their expectations for growth in prices or rent growth in 2025.

The economy is rocking, we have full employment (~4% unemployment) and wage growth is still at 4%.

Good potential for appreciation/rent growth upside as well in the next 5-10 years in my opinion with the market still being one of the most affordable in the country.

Investors should keep an eye on government spending in housing to understand how these changes might shape local markets.At the same time, Bessent’s focus on driving GDP growth could bring a surge of opportunities.

Currently have two rentals and looking to grow the portfolio.

No state taxes, high appreciation, Economic and Job growth, Population growth, etc.
