There are some big tech companies that are building and planning to build some microchip factories in the near future that would be within driving distance of this town. 

A microchip or identification collar is also required.We were advised by counsel to have an Assistance Animal Policy separate from any Pet Policy.

There are other microchip/semiconductor companies (mainly located in Hillsboro) as well as software and services based companies.

Somebody is putting that up hoping that the next microchip factory, i-phone, tesla battery, etc will come in and occupy it.
