It has been a very exciting and humbling experience.

I humbly submit I have personally done far more deals in these asset class's than scott since I have been doing it since 2002.. 

I have had direct conversations here on BP with Zach and he is a pretty humble guy with a wealth of knowledge.

I’m no attorney or CPA, so I won’t wade into legal or tax advice, but I’ve watched a well-timed 1031 turn a humble starter property into a stepping stone toward a whole portfolio.

I grew up in the land business my dad was in it in the 60s .. and humbly speaking I know it as well as anyone who is trying to sell these courses.. 

Thanks for the wake-up call, I needed to be humbled in hearing your comments about housing vouchers.

But with my head held high gone was all the normal trappings of RE success being served as a big slice of humble pie :(.

Just my humble opinion, but I would stop all the co-hosting/arbitrage stuff and just focus 100% on getting yourself to buy a property....any good property.
