I am working with a nonprofit organization that will be using this home for a program that is geared strictly to homeless veterans to find them suitable housing and assistance with finding jobs.

WE figured homeless or someone Od.. called the cops they hauled the body out and that was the end of that.

Actually out here in the west with our homeless situations that are out of control in certain areas they cause all sorts of fires.

Also check with Cuyahoga County Office of Homeless Services.

End homelessness?

The important issue is the revocable license agreement to continue my fencing of the back yard that keeps the homeless campers out of the back yard.

There were plenty of challenges from removing a homeless person off the property to a water pipe in the basement letting go.

I bet the rate of Engineers going homeless is all but 0. 

Offer rental assistance to people facing eviction so they don't become homeless OR simply donate the money to organizations already doing that work.

I will do the same thing with the rentals that I did with my home. ...less debt equals less money needed to enjoy the freedom.
