So just be sure that this doesn't qualify as offering significant services which would change you tax filing status.Usually if you refer a guest to a boat rental place or whatever and get nothing, it isn't an issue, but sometimes when offer the ability to book something like a chef, it can be construed as significant service offering.Double check with your tax pro just to be sure.

Because we sell services ( chef, drivers, etc) and tours (ate, zip, yachts) when our house rents, we offset our cost to keep the net much higher than a 7% ROI.

In some spots, we work some places like sponsor themselves as private yoga teachers, or private chefs, etc., and it helps our str get a lot of business and a lot of those folks recommend our STRs.

Few comparables in that price range so we are talking about quartz and corian counters, Wolf range, kitchen for a chef, walk in pantry, master with custom walk in sex in the city cabinets.
