If this company gives you 50 solid leads per month, that's 600 properties suitable for a flip that aren't already listed with an agent.

My job is our sole income and I get relocated for projects frequently so any property would have to be managed remotely (willing to invest anywhere in the states).Given the our situation above and our long term goals, I feel best next steps would be a heavy emphasis on networking and deal analysis.

Being out of state adds challenges, but the key is building a solid team.

It’s a solid way to leverage equity, but as with any financing, make sure the numbers work and you’re comfortable with the risk.

Investors come to our market because of the low barrier to entry and that we have a solid tenant base that provides solid cash flow to out-of-state investors like yourself.

I think the site lets more go now, but is still pretty heavy handed and quick to act on pulling down or locking comments a heated debate.
