That's how most politicians do it (LOL).I recall doing bank audits and getting a big grin on my face when I found bank funds going to any relative of any Officers or Directors, most turned out to be justified, but it still got me salivating when found them!

We paid less than the sellers did, and they put about $45K into upgrades not included in their purchase price.Now to sell the TX property.I'm grinning like a s**t salesman that just ate his samples.all cash

*grin* I've been at real-estate long enough now to know that it requires a crap load of crap work to get to those cashing the check glory moments.

However, I always say you never want to be working for someone who hates your guts (grin).

He liked the house he got much better, and he grinned and told me it wasn't so terrible to have a little space away from his parents. lol (it was only like a 5 min drive but I think that was 5 minutes he appreciated!)

one property that i closed today is in the historic district of Charleston so everything is basically 1.5 to 10 million.. and the neighbors are in your grill constantly. and at one of the arch meetings they said exactly that they wanted input into who we sold to.. you just grin and bear it and keep your head up..
