I've started to write a blog about my progress as a way of staying focussed, the way I figure is, it's easy to set a goal, keep to yourself and quit when you're getting no results, but if you're telling the world, there's pretty much no way back .And feedback, both positive and negative are in my opinion the best ways to insure that I am delivering on my word.Looking forward to chatting with you too!

I know it will not happen tomorrow but the goal keeps me motivated to push through.I want to hear everyone's goals and tell you to keep pushing, whether you are a rookie and your goal is to do one flip this year or you are a seasoned vet trying to close the deal on that multi-million dollar investment deal.
