Patrick Milia i thinks that it could me a issue on a double close because you have a mortgage involved, has it been a cash deal it would work well as a double close, Regarding recording the contract, that could definitely be done I'm not sure about PA but I'd discuss it with my attorney beforehand just too make sure that all moving parts should glide smoothly.

If you want to really spend some money I recommend the 12" Bosch Axial Glide.

If you want someone to help you learn what the strokes feel like and what it feels like to glide through the water, then get a coach.

He installed the pulls, used easy glides, and painted all for half of what the local cabinet companies quoted.

look inside one of the existing drawers to see if there is a company name, so you can call and order the drawer and glides.

There's no variables like drawer glides to mess up comparing across vendors.

They are perfect in paper, but they are like ducks in the pond, so smooth when you look at the duck glide on the water, but they struggle their feet too much underwater.
