There are only 3 reviews on their website which are all extremely generic and I think aren't real.  

For the tracker, I would just have a simple Excel sheet without generic entries 

Specific is how I classify loans toed to a specific property, and generic is how I classify our family loan that is not tied to any specific property, so I have to allocate it myself.

Don't give me some generic talking point b/s either.

3) Renters Insurance: As already mentioned, renters insurance doesn't cover medical other than the generic $1K-$5K limit for others.
