A no contingency sale would be more common in a severely distressed non-functional property where there will be so many material defects that the buyer could not feasibly negotiate until they evaluate them.

Everything is functional in the property it is a older home.

It offers monthly accounting reports, online payment options, website creation ability, maintenance requests (filtered by property), advertising, online tenant screening, lease creations and tenant/property match functionalities.

But the program will not make you money.

Weekends for a lot of people are usually tied up with kids sports, family functions and trips.

I've paid my dues in multiple different programs through the years and I've had some amazing experiences as a result and some not so good ones.  

I would probably take the risk at $500, but $1k feels more of a ripoff like most guru programs.
