Your strategy on a 5/2 is going to take a little more blocking and tackling for mid term rentals.

It’s a little concerning, but my guess is because of the filing extension, they’re in no rush to get them out (even though we asked a while back and they said they were aiming for mid-March).  

I am looking to convert the top unit (a 3 bedroom, 1 bath - close to hospitals) to a fully furnished unit for mid term rentals.

I am finding very few listings in Garland specifically and not sure if it has to do with the area being underserved or perhaps not quite the right area for Mid term rentals. 

Costs like engineering and permitting can become disproportionately high for mid-size projects.Height and Density: Focus on areas where zoning allows for verticality and density.

My question is this, would there be enough interest for mid term or short term guests with the sqft and having a loft for the bed?
