I have never painted brick but I would think the hardest part would be to get good coverage...you’d need a really fluffy roller to get the mortar joints.

Slides are nice, but I actually prefer a circular saw for that stuff.For nail guns and compressor I have been loving my Porter Cable pancake rig.

I agree with the principles in the post, but I think the content is fairly generic and "fluff"y. 

All that fluff is to drag you into buying more books, seminars ect.

Of Floirda.Some of the other biz degrees are a little on the fluffy side and offer very little "real world" experience (at least here at UF).

I have seen some products on television and on the net that look like the usual infomercial fluff, I want hard facts and to develop a business strategy for the brokering (middle-manning) of real estate notes.I have a plethora of questions on mmind, but I'll save this post for my intro.

The trick with all of this cosmetic fluff is to put enough into the house to make it visual attractive to your buyers, but not to go overboard.

People are emotional creatures, and creating a soft fluffy environment where they feel safe and secure following you in this transaction is key.Some people's brains will work like yours and some will work the opposite of yours.

I will tell you this story, I was looking at a house on a major road (I was looking for a house for me to live in), the realtor told me not to buy the house, will be very hard to sell, she was right BUT I bought it anyways b/c I liked the layout and close to a very popular downtown, then I moved to another house and made it a rental and it rents like hot pancakes!
